Passing Sequences
By Andrea Bacigalupo
Introduction
The exercise I’m going to present is a control and transmission exercise that can be used as heating or exercise to improve the ability to transmit and control the ball.
Additionally, by inserting the movements without ball, it can also be used to cure the movements times.
Objectives: Control and transmission, movements off the ball.
Material Required: Cones (or silhouettes) and balls.
Categories indicated: Starting from the U 15.
Employed players: From a minimum of 7 players to a maximum of 13 players. The number may vary depending on the intensity you want to exercise and of course depending on the availability of the players.
Field Dimensions and Layout: The players are as shown below: all players are subdivided on cones (or shapes) equally, if someone advances to him at the first station and then follows in the other.
