ESERCITAZIONE DI 1 VS 1 IN DIVERSI SETTORI

Obiettivi: Alleniamo la Coordinazione, il Possesso palla, il duello 1 vs 1, la Finalizzazione e allo stesso tempo la Resistenza con il lavoro atletico sui percorsi.



















Esecuzione: In questa esercitazione nel Settore A abbiamo una situazione di 1vs1 con i giocatori R1ed N1 che si affrontano per il possesso palla con l’aiuto delle sponde esterne R2, R3, N2, N3. 
Dopo un determinato periodo di tempo stabilito dall’allenatore, viene dato il segnale di interruzione del possesso palla. A questo punto i giocatori R1 ed N1 lasceranno il pallone nel settore A per ingaggiare un duello a chi arriva per primo nel settore D dopo aver eseguito ognuno separatamente il percorso A indicato in figura, e dove troveranno un pallone: chi arriva prima sulla sfera ingaggia il duello con l’avversario (altra situazione di 1 vs 1) per la conclusione in porta. 

Contemporaneamente anche le sponde esterne compiono il percorso coordinativo come indicato in figura (R3 ed N3 ciascuno il percorso B, ed anche R2 ed N2 il percorso C) ; i giocatori R3 ed N3 alla fine del percorso troveranno ognuno un pallone prima di entrare nel vicino settore (R3 vicino al settore C mentre N3 vicino al settore  dove ognuno dovrà affrontare il proprio diretto avversario sempre in situazione di 1vs1 su fascia laterale (R3 contro N3 ed R2 contro N2). 
Il compito di R2 ed N3 dovrà essere quello di togliere la palla all’avversario, mentre quello di R3 ed N2 quello di mantenerla il più a lungo possibile poiché alla fine dell’azione nel settore D tra R1 ed N1 i possessori di palla all’interno dei settori B e C saranno chiamati dall’allenatore uno alla volta ad uscire fuori del settore palla al piede per effettuare un cross nel settore D per il compagno (e quindi si avrà sempre una situazione di 1vs1 nel settore D su cross da destra e da sinistra). Ruotare i giocatori nel ruolo di sponde esterne. 
N.B : i percorsi B e C nel primo tratto dove sono posizionati gli ostacoli coincidono, per cui le sponde partono dopo che sono partiti R1 ed N1.

1v1 EXERCISE IN VARIOUS SECTORS 

In this tutorial, we have a situation in Sector A of 1v1 with players R1ed N1 which fight for the possession with the help of the outer banks R2 , R3 , N2, N3. After a certain period of time determined by the coach, the signal is given to interruption of possession . 1v1 EXERCICE DANS LES SECTEURS DIVERS 

Dans ce tutoriel , nous avons une situation dans le secteur A du 1v1 avec des joueurs R1ed N1 qui se battent pour la possession avec l’aide des banques externes R2 , R3 , N2, N3 . Après une certaine période de temps déterminée par l’entraîneur , le signal est donné à l’interruption de la possession. A ce stade, les joueurs R1 et N1 laissent la balle dans le A à s’engager dans un duel à ceux qui arrivent dans la zone D après l’exécution de chaque séparément pour le chemin indiqué sur la figure, et où ils trouveront une balle : qui vient en premier sur les engage à billes le duel avec un adversaire (un autre de la situation de 1v1 ) pour le tir au but . La tâche de R2 et N3 sera pour enlever le ballon à l’adversaire , tandis que celle de R3 et N2 pour la garder aussi longtemps que possible , car à la fin de l’action dans le domaine D entre R1 et N1 détenteurs balle ‘ zones internes B et C sera appelé par l’entraîneur un à la fois de sortir de l’albatros de l’industrie pour porter une croix dans la zone D pour le compagnon (et donc vous aurez toujours une situation de 1v1 en D centre de la droite et de gauche à droite ) .
