ESERCITAZIONE INTEGRATA DI 1 VS 1 DOPO COMBINAZIONE

Obiettivi: Tecnico-Tattici e Fisici

Esecuzione: In questa esercitazione (che si può eseguire anche con più giocatori disposti in fila ed a rotazione sulle varie stazioni) abbiamo tra giocatori R1, R2 ,R3 disposti come in figura che al segnale dell’allenatore eseguono ciascuno un percorso : R1 parte dal cono bianco giallo ed esegue il percorso rappresentato dalla scaletta e dai paletti in andata e ritorno ; R2 esegue il percorso tra gli over (il numero delle toccate va stabilito dal mister) in andata e ritorno, mentre R3 esegue il percorso costituito dai cinesini gialli conducendo la palla. 

Al momento in cui R3 termina il percorso in conduzione parte la combinazione come rappresentata in figura (passaggi 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 con le corse dei giocatori che sono indicate con le linee tratteggiate. Il giocatore R3 dopo aver eseguito il passaggio n. 3 dal cono bianco blu A verso il cono bianco blu B deve correre velocemente ed affrontare il percorso costituito dai paletto ed aggirare il cono bianco blu, portandosi nel settore A prima che R1 ed R2 concludano le combinazioni di passaggi 4,5,6,7 che porteranno R1 nel settore A alla conclusione in porta. Se R3 arriva prima di R1 nel settore A si svolgerà una situazione di 1vs1 tra R1 ed R3 nel settore A con R3 che entro 5 secondi deve impedire la conclusione all’avversario. Si prosegue in successione con R2 che va a prendere posto in coda alla fila, con R1 che prende il posto di R2, con R3 che va a prendere il posto di R1 e con R4 che prende il posto di partenza di R3 con la palla.
