ESERCITAZIONE DI 1 VS 1 IN FORMA DI GARA
Obiettivo: Lavorare sul Possesso palla, sui duelli e sulla Finalizzazione
Esecuzione: In questa esercitazione abbiamo due situazioni di 3 vs 3 nei settori A e B (R1,R2,R3 contro N1,N2,N3 nel settore A e R4,R5,R6 contro N4,N5,N6 nel settore: si gioca per il possesso palla per il tempo e con le regole stabilite dall’allenatore.
Al segnale dell’allenatore vengono chiamati un giocatore rosso nel settore B (R5 nell’esempio) ed un giocatore nero nel settore A (N1 nell’esempio) : ciascuno dei giocatori chiamati dall’allenatore dovrà effettuare velocemente il percorso A indicato in figura per arrivare primo sul pallone posizionato nel settore C ;
il giocatore che raggiunge per primo la palla la dovrà tenere per il tempo stabilito dall’ allenatore e difenderla dall’ attacco dell’avversario (situazione di 1 vs 1 nel settore D) e cercare poi di andare alla conclusione. Alla fine dell’azione i due giocatori N1 ed R5 dovranno velocemente uscire dal settore D per eseguire il percorso in conduzione ciascuno del pallone tra i coni bianco blu (percorso e cercare di arrivare prima dell’avversario alla fine del percorso tecnico. Il giocatore che arriverà per primo alla fine del percorso B dovrà dirigersi nel settore vicino al proprio percorso tecnico D o E (nell’esempio il giocatore N1 arriva prima del giocatore R5 e conduce il proprio pallone nel settore D) mentre l’avversario completato il percorso dovrà velocemente recuperare la posizione nel settore D per impedire al giocatore N1 di concludere a rete (altra situazione di 1 vs 1 da diversa posizione rispetto alla precedente). Durante la gara descritta tra N1 ed R5 nei due settori A e B da due situazioni di 3 vs 3 si è passati a due situazioni di 3 vs2 di cui una a favore della squadra nera ed una a favore della squadra rossa. Alla fine del percorso i due giocatori N1 ed R5 rientreranno nei settori A e B e partiranno altri due giocatori, e così via.
ENGLISH: In this tutorial we have two situations 3vs3 in the areas A and B (R1 , R2 , R3 against N1 , N2 , N3 in the sector A and R4 , R5 , R6 against N4 , N5 , N6 in the field : You play for the possession for the time and with the rules established by the coach .
