When we talk about of DUEL, we talk about of the development of principles of individual tactics in ball possession that we train according to game situation :
In this part, we’ll observe the forward and we’ll ensure him as many possible experiences; we’ll try to to coach 1 vs 1 with opponent coming from any directions and we’ll recommend to our forward what to do before and after ball receiving.
- Movement off the ball;
- Control of the ball with relative and right body stance.

- Searching of weak side of defender
MOVEMENT OFF THE BALL requires that player, engaged in movement, assess correctly 3 fundamental elements:
- “When” who has the ball is able to pass;
- “Where” move to receive the ball (light zone);
- “How” realize movement (diagonal run).
In the movement off the ball, player will be aware of his body position compared to ball and opponent goal. This forwards movement, must be always in diagonal to feel better opponent goal (for example with movements SHORT/LONG or LONG/SHORT).
Defender must to keep our forward outside of pitch or in direction of less able foot.
